Needed: Banana Recipe

As I was leaving the store today I noticed a cart with bags full of Banana's for 99 Cents (5 bunches for 99 cents you only see 4 below long story short...locked my keys in the car...best neighbor in the world came for Me & Julia...shared my bargin with her).

Now what am I going to do with all these bananas???? Any thoughts?

Such a deal. This would be a very good time to make those great banana cupcakes of yours! Couldn't you make banana breads and freeze them for later use? (easy for me to say since I have never made a banana bread in my life).

I remember hearing somewhere that you can actually freeze the bananas and use them later. I got on the Internet and found that it is true -- many seemed to freeze them whole (peeled or unpeeled. Some used lemon juice but many said fine without (concern with turning brown). Alot where using for smoothies as well as banana bread.

I also think you can cover with chocolate and freeze them for a frozen treat.

Who knew?

Thanks for the suggestions! I made one failure of a banana bread that I ended up throwing away & then I made a good banana cake that I have eaten way too much of!
